Pasos para elaborar un buen café
Para elaborar un buen café se debe seguir una serie de normas imprescindibles que no deben olvidarse:
1. Presión y temperatura correctas
2. Las tazas sobre la cafetera para mantener la temperatura adecuada
3. El punto de molienda adecuado para el blend que estamos utilizando
4. Moler el café que necesitemos para cada momento del día. No podemos conservar el café en el molino de un día para otro.
5. Mantener el portafiltros siempre en el grupo de la máquina de café
6. Dosifica con golpes secos junto con un buen prensado
7. Cuando insertes el portafiltros, debes preparar el café a continuación, sin dejar pasar mucho rato.
8. Ten presente que no debes pulsar dos veces para preparar el mismo café
9. Recuerda realizar una limpieza periódica tanto de la máquina de café como del molinillo.
10. El café debe servirse recién hecho
